WATER/FIELD SERVICES Provision of Clean, Pure Drinking Water/Maintenance of Surfside Property; $600.00 fee for most first time water hook ups

COVENANT COMPLIANCE ENFORCEMENT
A Covenant Compliance designated staff member  is available to help with the enforcement of Homeowners Association Rules/Regs

TRASH COMPACTOR SERVICES

Take your household trash and some recycle items to the compactor for no extra fee.

MONDAY – 7 AM TO 1 PM THURSDAY - Noon TO 6:00 PM

SATURDAY – 11:00 AM TO 5:00 PM SUNDAY – 9:00 AM TO 3:00 PM

Closed following holidays: 4th of July – Thanksgiving Nov 24th -Christmas Dec 25 Monday December 26th Monday Open 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Open day after Thanksgiving(Friday) November 25th from 8 am to 2 pm

Normal scheduled hours apply to all other holidays not listed above

RV STORAGE AND PERMITS
Come to the Surfside business office to get a RV permit or reserve a slot in the storage lot.

Reserve a cabana for your special event at the Surfside Business Office
