Compactor guidelines: Take your household trash and some recycle items to the compactor for no extra fee.
Compactor Rules and passes are available at the Surfside business office. When recycling, please be sure to flatten out your boxes and plastic bottles!
There is a dump station for members with RV’s. You can access that during regular compactor hours.
There is an AED available at the Compactor site in case of an emergency.
The compactor site is open year round the following days and times:
Mondays: 7AM – 1PM
Thursdays: 12PM – 6PM
Saturdays: 11AM – 5PM
Sundays: 9AM – 3PM
The compactor is CLOSED Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays

New Year’s Day, January 1st – CLOSED
Thanksgiving Day, November 27th – CLOSED
Day after Thanksgiving, Friday November 28th – OPEN 12PM-6PM
Christmas Day, December 25th – CLOSED
Day after Christmas, Friday December 26th – OPEN 12PM – 6PM
New Year’s Day 2026 – CLOSED
Day after New Year’s Day 2026 – Friday January 2nd – OPEN 12PM – 6PM
